TERMS & CONDITIONS - AUSTRALIA SKYDIVE

Bookings

  • A 2% credit card surcharge is applied to all bookings paid for using a CC

Web Bookings

  • $20 Cancellation/Administration fee up to 24 hours of arrival time.
  • 20% Cancellation fee within 24 hours of arrival time (maximum $59.80 per person).
  • Rebooking permitted to any other Skydive Australia location on same valid ticket

Web Gift Vouchers

  • Voucher valid for one year from date of purchase
  • Voucher may be extended for 6 months from date of expiry for $50 extension fee
  • Voucher may be transferred to another name if required
  • Voucher is Non Refundable
  • Voucher may be used at any Skydive Australia Location while valid

Cancellation Policy

Any Skydive cancelled due to adverse weather conditions may be rebooked to the same or an alternative Skydive Australia location. Only if passengers are unable to jump at an alternate site will refunds be given for cancellations due to weather. Skydive Australia Vouchers may be extended if weather conditions have prevented a completed jump multiple times within the expiration date.

Refunds of deposits made to travel agencies are at the discretion of the agency in question, Skydive Australia take no responsibility for deposits paid to external agencies.

Age Restrictions

Minimum age for tandem skydiving with Skydive Australia is 14. Passengers under 18 must provide written consent from a parent / guardian. There are no maximum age restrictions for tandem skydiving.

Weight Restrictions

As a general guideline, passengers under 100kg are usually ok to jump providing they exhibit a reasonable level of physical health. Passengers 100-110kg must be approved to jump at the discretion of the Drop Zone Safety Officer prior to their jump. 110kg is the maximum weight we allow to Tandem Skydive to ensure the safety of both the passenger and the crew.

Physical Conditions

It is the responsibility of the passenger to declare to Skydive Australia, before they jump, any physical imparement that may prevent them from successfully and safely completing a tandem skydive . All passengers expressing an adverse physical condition shall be assessed by the Drop Zone Safety Officer and only authorised to jump if deemed safe to do so.

Mental Conditions

It is the responsibility of the passenger to declare to Skydive Australia, before they jump, any mental imparement that may prevent them from successfully and safely completing a tandem skydive. All passengers expressing an adverse mental condition shall be assessed by the Drop Zone Safety Officer and only authorised to jump if deemed safe to do so.
