.......THE SOLO COURSE CONSISTS OF 9 STAGES:
-: Stage One :-
requires two days.
The first day consists of a full day's training in the classroom with a jump master.
You will get acquainted with free fall, learn how to read your altimeter, deploy your parachute and fly your parachute.
The training is quite intense, and will go from about 8 in the morning until about 4 or 5 in the afternoon.
On the second day of training, you will return to jump from 14,000ft !!!
You will be assisted by your tandem instructor who will assist you in free fall to maintain stability,
height awareness and to deploy your parachute. When you have deployed your parachute your instructor
will assist you to fly the parachute safely back to the Drop zone.
-: Stage Two :-
Your first SOLO!!!! ... To complete stage 2 you will exit the aircraft with 2 instructors.
You will learn the techniques to create forward movement and turns.
When you have deployed your parachute a third instructor on the ground will direct your parachute flight to landing via radio.
-: Stage Three & Four :-
teaches you how to control your body during free fall so that you can fall by yourself without the jump masters hanging onto you.
-: Stage Five & Six :-
involves solo turns and advanced body control.
-: Stage Seven :-
involves back loops and tracking across the sky.
-: Stage Eight :-
will consolidate the skills learned in previous stages.
-: Stage Nine :-
is a lower altitude jump where you exit the plane and deploy your parachute to fly down to the completion of your AFF training!!
Each stage has to be passed and approved by your
jump master(s) before progressing to the next stage.
If a stage needs to be consolidated or repeated, you will be able to do so at a minimum cost price.
